GREEN PARK TRAINING LICENCE

A yearly license to train in Green Park

TRAINING EQUIPMENT

10 boxing gloves, 10 boxing pads, 20 mats & storage bracket

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Motivating personal trainers will come to your office to gather the group and lead them out on a short run to Green Park where the session will begin. The group will be delivered back to the office, stretched and cooled down, all within the hour.

OFFICE YOGA OR PILATES

Our instructors will arrive at the office to take small groups though a bespoke Yoga or Pilates programme, helping to unwind and de-stress after a long day.

FIVE DAY BOOT CAMPS

Personal trainers will arrive at the office at a designated time on 5 consecutive week days to take the group into Green Park for a circuit style session. The group will be delivered back to the office, stretched and cooled down, all within the hour.

CHAIR MASSAGE

Treat your staff with a relaxing 10 minute chair massage to help relieve tension in the neck, back and shoulder muscles.

NUTRITIONAL SEMINARS AND Q & A

Learn about the physiological and psychological aspects of why, how, when and what to eat. Understanding eating habits, food choices, meal timing, fasting, feeding and blood sugar balance.

GROUP CONSULTATION DAYS

Ask the nutritionist and personal trainer questions in small groups or on a one to one basis throughout the day to better understand personal eating and training habits.

EXECUTIVE CONSULTATION DAYS

Formal one : one nutritional and personal training consultations for the top executives of the company to help manage stress, sleep, exercise, injury and improve performance.

EXECUTIVE PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with Henry Barratt on a one to one basis in the privacy of your own office gym or at his private studio at Dukes Hotel, St. James Place.

EXECUTIVE NUTRITIONAL TRAINING

Work with Steve Grant on a one to one basis in the privacy of your own office or at his private office in Marylebone.
